Credentialed Through the American Guild of Notaries Public
I am pleased to share that I have been credentialed through the American Guild of Notaries Public, an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing professional standards within the notary public community.
This credential was earned voluntarily and reflects a commitment to ongoing education, accuracy, and professionalism in notarial practice. While not required to serve as a Notary Public in Montana, the AGNP credential represents an additional step taken to uphold best practices and ethical standards for the benefit of clients and referral partners.
What Is the American Guild of Notaries Public
The American Guild of Notaries Public is a nonprofit organization focused on promoting consistency, integrity, and competence in notarial services nationwide. Its mission centers on education, testing, and professional accountability rather than marketing or commercial certification.
AGNP credentials are awarded only after meeting established requirements, including a comprehensive examination that evaluates a notary’s understanding of core principles, proper procedures, and professional responsibilities. Participation is entirely optional and not sponsored by any government agency.
What This Credential Represents
Earning this credential reflects a dedication to professional growth and careful practice. It signals that the notary has chosen to go beyond minimum commissioning requirements by seeking independent verification of knowledge and adherence to recognized standards.
For clients and referral partners, this credential demonstrates a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and respect for the role of the notary as an impartial public official. It does not change the legal authority of a Notary Public, nor does it replace state laws or regulations. Instead, it reinforces a professional approach to performing notarial acts with care and attention to detail.
What This Means for Clients
For individuals and organizations relying on notarial services, this credential provides added reassurance that their documents are being handled by a notary who values education, precision, and ethical conduct.
Clients can expect the same careful explanations of the notarization process, clear identification requirements, and respectful service that align with Montana notary law. This credential does not offer legal advice or alter the legal effect of any document. It simply reflects a professional standard rooted in preparation and accountability.
A Continued Commitment to Service
As the owner of Ravalli Mobile Notary, I view this credential as part of an ongoing commitment to serving the Bitterroot Valley and surrounding communities with professionalism and care. Whether working with individuals, families, attorneys, or business partners, my goal remains the same: to provide reliable, convenient notarial services grounded in trust and clarity.
If you have questions about notarization or would like to schedule an appointment, I welcome you to reach out to discuss how I can support your needs.
