My base rate for locations between North Lolo and South Hamilton is:
$10 per notarial act (this means each time I sign and stamp a document)
$20 travel fee
That translates to $30 if you have one signature and stamp from me, $40 if you have two, $50 if you have three, etc.
Additional services like arranging witnesses, or handling admin tasks (printing, mailing, etc.) are not included in the base rate. I’ll provide clear guidance ahead of your appointment and offer a custom quote if your situation requires anything extra.

No problem — a Credible Witness can be used if needed. Here’s what that means:
A credible witness must:
Be personally known to the signer
Present valid government-issued ID
Appear in person with the signer at the time of notarization
Be an impartial third party with no benefit from the document (for example, someone named in a will cannot serve as the witness)
-
1. The Document
Bring the original document that needs to be notarized.
Please hold off on signing it until you're with me, just in case the notarial certificate requires me to witness your signature.2. Valid ID for All Signers
Check the list above to make sure your ID is acceptable.3. Personal Appearance
All signers — and any required witnesses — must be present at the appointment.4. Willingness and Awareness
You must be signing voluntarily and understand what you’re signing. If you’re taking medication that might cause drowsiness or confusion, let’s schedule a time when you’re alert and fully aware.5. Payment (See above)
