Pricing for General Public
From Lolo to Hamilton:
$10 per “notarial act”** plus $20 travel fee
Add $10 for each notarial act** per the MT Secretary of State statutory maximum fee. ID requirements or other factors need custom quotes.
That translates to $30 if you have one signature and stamp from me, $40 if you have two, $50 if you have three, etc.
I’ll provide clear guidance ahead of your appointment and offer a custom quote if your situation requires extra administrative services.
*A “notarial act” is where the notary signs and stamps a document. You’ll also see a “certificate” that includes the location and what kind of notarial act is being performed.
